Hello and welcome to my blog. This article is all about getting you started in marketing, so if you have a reasonably good idea what you are doing, then this is probably not for you. For everyone else, I hope you find this vaguely useful. So, let’s get started on your crash course on online marketing with special emphasis on safelist marketing.
First of all, I am not going to talk about Facebook marketing, as there are millions of websites on the subject anyway.
This article is more to do with safelist marketing, which I always recommend first because it is so ridiculously easy literally anyone can do it.
There are many programs that you can use to help you speed up your safelist mailer marketing, but they all cost money.
I generally try to recommend that you only pay for things that can be paid for by your online efforts. However, to be really successful with safelist marketing, you will need this program, Safelist Organizer, whether you are earning money online or not. If you would like to watch some videos on how to use the Safelist Organizer, follow this link.
The good thing is that you get a 14-day free trial which gives you lots of time to get everything sorted out and to see how it works. And after that, it’s only $5 a month, so it is easily affordable.
New Gmail Accounts
Before you do anything, you will need to sign up for two new gmail accounts. This is because you will be getting lots of emails, and you don’t want your main email clogged up with safelist mailer emails.
I suggest you make one email@example.com and one firstname.lastname@example.org. Use the first one for receiving emails from the mailers. If a mailer asks you for a contact email, use the second one.
Mail This List
Right, there are thousands of mailers out there. Some are good, some are complete rubbish. I recommend you start with Mail This List first, for three reasons.
- Your emails will get opened. It has an open rate of 2% more or less, which is pretty good for a safelist mailer.
- If you are just starting and you sign up under me, I can transfer you credits to get you started, so you will have to do less clicking at the beginning.
- There used to be a very good lifetime upgrade deal that I think was about $30. What that means is you can earn a lot more credits much more quickly. You can do it free, but the upgrade makes it a lot easier.
After you have signed up, add it to the Safelist Organizer, and then sign up for the next mailer. Again, you can pretty much sign up for any mailer. However, most mailers have a ‘Downline Builder’ and Mail This List is no different.
Start joining the mailers in the ‘Downline Builder’. By the way, I would use the same username and password for each mailer. It makes life a lot easier. Here are the mailers I would recommend joining in the ‘Downline Builder. The rest are not worth bothering with.
During signing up for the mailers, don’t forget to add you affiliate ID into the boxes. That way, if anyone signs up using your link, they will automatically go under you.
That’s five mailers signed up for which is a very nice start. Make sure you get them all loaded into the Safelist Organizer so you can get used to using it.
What to Promote
As for what you promote using them, I would stick with simple programs that will make you money. Below are three programs I promote using Safelist Mailers. If you haven’t joined them, I strongly recommend you do.
My final piece of advice. Do not give up. Just keep promoting every day and don’t stop. I promise you will succeed as long as you persevere. If you need any help, just comment below and I will do my best to help you.
I’ll leave you with my favourite quote all about perseverance from Calvin Coolidge.
“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.
The slogan “Press On!” has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”
